Taverna is a new Greek inspired fine dining restaurant making waves on the Northern Rivers restaurant scene.
We are looking for an outgoing character with creative ideas to lead our beverage offering to new heights. You will be able to provide an excellent guest drinking experience, by creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer’s needs and expectations.
You will have the skills to interact with customers, assess the customer’s needs & preferences, and make recommendations. The ability to be part of planning and presenting a bar menu with alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
You will be required to have proven working experience as a bartender, excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving. The bar will be organised, kept stocked and clean. A relevant training certificate would be preferred.
